THE WEST AFRICA QUALITY IMMIGRATION CONSULTANCY SERVICES COMPANY OF THE YEAR 2007

Ref: June 2008 Update Date: 12-06-08

Dear Client,

CANADIAN IMMIGRATION PROCESSING UPDATE - JUNE, 2008

We hereby update you on the immigration processing at the Canadian Embassy. This current information is additional to our past updates, the last of which was in January, 2008.

You will recall that in our update of July, 2007, we reported that a senior programme officer at the Canadian Society of immigration Consultants international conference in Toronto attended by our Chairman told him that there was no hope of early resolution of the backlog. However there is now good news, that there is end in sight for the backlog in the shortest possible time.

The Canadian Government has finally admitted to the world, on their website that the processing queue is now 800,000 applications long and has announced measures to reduce and eventually eliminate it by spending additional money in their 2008 national budget over the next few years to tackle it head-on.

This is a very positive sign that at last they are serious about speedily clearing the backlog because it has become a source of embarrassment, which they had never in the past admitted.

What this means for us is that with more money, personnel and resources thrown at this delay problem by Canada, processing will now proceed faster than ever before. And we can confirm to you that in the last 3 weeks we have received waiver letters and medicals for dozens of clients. Compared to the past 2 years, this is jet speed!

They have also gone further to announce that new fresh applications received starting from the end of 27th February, 2008 are targeted to be processed, and concluded within a year, though this is yet to be seen because the details are yet to be released. However, this is not necessarily favorable for new or old applicants who wish to reapply under the new system because it is intended to favor those in certain highly needed professions. However when the details are released, we shall keep you posted. This will not affect existing applications in any way except to speed up processing times.

Immediately we get the medical instructions for the reminder of the October 2006 provisional waivers for our clients filed between January-June, 2002, those concerned will be promptly informed.

We will also promptly inform those concerned when we get interviews / waivers for those filed between July & December 2002. We also remind you that most final payments are in excess of US$5000, and still urge those filed from July to December 2002, to be ready to meet this financial obligation in the next few months, to avoid further delays.

We thank you for your continued support, and we thank those who congratulated us on our award. You will all succeed with our superior service and God’s Grace.

Yours truly,

For: International Executive Placement Services, Canada
